Please consider that Hongkong partner, director Hongkong Bank and (in) close touch with (Hongkong) Government, accepted (on) fourth March Texas contract jointly (with) my Company, that we offered high- er commission than he accepted, and that only London partners dissent atop.
Interests (of) Texas Jompany, Hongkong Bank, my Company and British interests and prestige generally, seriously injured by Reiss illegitimate attempt to) enforce acceptance (of) their unjustified demands, persistance will most probably divert business and finance (into) nonbritish channels stop.
